Terms of Service

Stay Indexed (“we”, “us”) provides AI-visibility scans and reports for hotels and accommodation properties, available at stayindexed.com. You can reach us at info@stayindexed.com.

Stay Indexed queries publicly available AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity) through their official interfaces with traveler-style questions, and analyzes how often and how favorably a property appears in their answers. Reports also include a technical audit of publicly accessible signals on the property's own website.

AI answers are inherently variable and change over time. A report reflects the pattern we measured at the time of the scan. It is an informational analysis — not a guarantee of current or future AI behavior, rankings, bookings or revenue.

Paid reports are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes and payment-related customer service. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase. Prices are shown in USD; any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Reports are digital. After a successful payment we generate your report and email you a private link, typically within one hour. The link remains available so you can revisit and download your report as a PDF.

You may scan a property only if you own it or are authorized to represent it (for example as its manager or agency). You agree not to probe, overload or abuse the service, resell scans, or use automated tools to run scans at volume. We may decline or revoke service in cases of abuse.

Your report is licensed to you for your internal business use, including sharing with your team, owners and agencies. The Stay Indexed name, brand and report design remain ours. Publishing a report in full or presenting it as your own work requires our written permission.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not control the AI platforms we measure and make no warranty that their behavior will match a report at any later time, or that following recommendations will produce specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Your purchase itself is additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
